- Extra characters cost an additional 75% of the original character price.
Terms of Service
PAYMENT:- The prices listed are for upfront payments.- If The Client prefers to pay half upfront and half after the artwork is delivered, the price of the commission increases by 15%.- The only international payment method accepted for the time being is PayPal. For Argentina residents, MercadoPago is available.- The payments are NON REFUNDABLE. This is due to the restrictions for selling services outside of Argentina and how difficult it is to revoke an already issued invoice.
THE PROCESS:- The Client must provide clear and concise visual references. Please also supplement the visual reference with any important information The Artist may need to know to correctly work on the commission (color palettes, general details about poses, atmosphere, etc.).- The Artist will finish the artwork within three weeks after the agreement. In the case any unforeseen events would cause a delay, The Artist will notify The Client.- Process updates will be given, and The Client gets to request any changes at the sketch stage (including any significant changes to a character’s pose or body shape, or redrawing parts of the image) up to TWO (2) times.- After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made. If The Client requests additional edits after the approved sketch, a price for the edits may be discussed.- If The Artist makes any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, these edits will be made with no additional cost.- The Client will receive the commissioned work in high-resolution png-format. Originals (psd-files) won't be provided
COPYRIGHT DISCLAIMERS:- The Artist retains all the rights to the artwork.- The Client retains all rights to their characters.- The Client may use the artwork for NON-COMMERCIAL, NON-PROMOTIONAL purposes. It is strictly prohibited to mint the art on a blockchain, to sell it as an NFT or/and use it for profit in any cryptocurrency related endeavors and/or use it for AI generation.- The Client may resize the artwork to create icons, but the Client is NOT allowed to alter the artwork itself (eg, recolors).- The Client may make prints of the artwork for personal use.- The Client may upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery, but credit is required (@jimedraws both on Instagram and Twitter).- The Artist may display commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal, and use commissioned work in promotional materials.- The Artist may recycle sketches and works that were rejected by the Client for other commissions or personal works.
WHAT I DRAW:- People and pet portraits- Original characters- Fan characters- Furries and fantasy characters- Armor, if provided with detailed references- NSFW (within the boundaries of what I'm comfortable with)*( Don't hesitate to ask if you're not sure if your idea applies to these categories.)(Extra fees might be included depending on the complexity of the character.)
WON'T DRAW:- Copyrighted or Trademarked characters.- Characters intended to be or appearing underage in any sexual or suggestive context.- Any type of machinery or mecha without reference providen.- Any sort of hateful content and characters with hateful imagery or paraphernalia.
* NSFW:- Will draw artistic nudity- Won't draw (most) fetish art- I'm okay with depicting some kinks (like BDSM)(I suggest you ask anyway when it comes to NSFW to make sure if your idea is something I can deliver, since this is a very broad category of art)
